Each month a day is set-aside in the hectic, busy lives we all have, to be still/ listen and just be in God's presence. The day begins with Morning Prayer from the Divine Office at 1l am, followed by Confessions and MASS at 12 noon.
From 12.30 to 1.30 we share lunch together, as we all take a packed lunch. After Lunch there is Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, and a Spiritual Talk.
The day ends with Benediction and Evening Prayer from the Divine Office. We usually conclude the day around 3.30 pm
During the whole day there is an atmosphere of stillness and prayerful silence, in which we can renew and refresh our 'fragile'  spirits, and  all who share the day with us speak of a feeling of reassurance, and strengthening. It is in fact a mini retreat  held every month. All  are welcome  to share  the day with  us, either  in  part, or the whole day, as their particular circumstances allow. Everyone is welcome.
