STATEMENT
At its meeting on the 27th October 2004, the Communication Group decided to discontinue the practise of posting full and detailed minutes of meetings on the parish web site. However, a short report will be made, after each Messenger publication, giving details of donations, expenses etc. as well as details of decisions made and actioned, relevant to the Communication Group.
The committee felt this to be much more appropriate.

The committee also decided that, as the existing minutes were "old news", these should be removed from the web site. The minutes have duly been removed. In future anyone wishing to see them will have to revert to the procedure of asking the secretary of the relevant committee
