The target for Hatfield Woodhouse / Stainforth was reached on March 24th 2003 and the exchange has now entered the 'Confirming' stage, which means that the 350 people who have provisionally signed up will be contacted and asked to make a firm commitment. If a sufficiently high percentage agree then the exchange will be upgraded.
